Background - Brief Working History

"We have personally carried out a total of 40 loft room formations in a variety of housing, consisting of mainly two to three bed terraced and three bed semi detached, four bed detached and two bed bungalows. This has entailed dealing with matters arising and bringing building works to satisfactory completion, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met in respect of building control."

Currently 20 years in the building trade

Dealing with:

  • Design changes
  • Negotiations with Borough Building Control Department
  • Negotiations on site with District Surveyors

Work completed:

  • 40 Loft room formations - 85% of work personally implemented.

This has involved:

  • Carpentry
  • 1st fix work - including floor joists, roof collars, stud walls, roof struts and purlin, and alterations such as fixing door frames.
  • 2nd Fix Work - including hanging doors and fixing balustrades.



If its in a house and made of wood - We've probably -
Cut it! - Altered it! - Moved it!- or Built it!


Other work completed:

  • Plumbing
    • Moving cold water tanks - Waste pipe runs - Soil pipe runs - Install wash hand basins - Install toilet.
  • Electrical
    • Cabling for - showers - fans - ring mains - lighting - 2 way lighting.
